Grips for Sig

The P226 has a metal frame with grips held by two screws — a traditional format that accepts aftermarket panels straightforwardly. On a DA/SA gun, consistent hand position is not a refinement; it is the prerequisite for the trigger system working as intended. The first-shot double-action pull and subsequent single-action shots behave differently depending on where your hand is — get it wrong and the inconsistency is in every shot. Aftermarket grips for the P226 address texture and geometry, including thumb rest placement that is particularly relevant for lateral control during the double-to-single-action transition. On the P320, the same grip consistency logic applies through a striker trigger.
